We will meet Sunday July, 10, 2022 in meeting room 1 at Carteret Health Care for a very useful first aid training focused on some of the scenarios we could face in the field or on the water enjoying the outdoor activities we enjoy. This training will focus on the treatment to stop arterial bleeding. This training will be led by a Carteret Health Care Emergency Room Nurse that has first hand knowledge providing this type of care. We will meet at 3:00pm sharp and will go over some business and select and sign up for some upcoming draw hunts that are available. We will discuss the hunting opportunities and sign up for several weekends from 3:00-4:00pm and then we will have the Stop the Bleed training from 4:00-5:00pm. Please bring with you the following items to this event. I would like all CTO youth and at least one parent attend this event as it will be key to attend several weekend outings for the upcoming year.

Laptop or tablet (if you have one)

Date of Birth for youth and adults

Hunting license for both youth (if they have one) and any adult who would like to hunt with their youth.

Wildlife Resources Commission license number (this is on license, but bring the number if you cannot find the card).

Hunter Safety Card or number

Calendar as we will discuss dates for potential events for the upcoming hunting year.

Any shotgun raffle ticket stubs sold and any money earned from ticket sales. Drawing will be Aug 13, 2022 at the 5th Annual Youth Fishing Tournament.

Be sure to signup to attend and call Matthew Mayse 336-213-9304 with any questions!
