This contest is open to all North Carolina youth residents ages 5-17 The top 12 highest scoring bucks will be final scored at the end of the season.

This fishing trip is for RRD members only and is limited to 1 CTO Guide and 3 kids. Captain Bud Bishop will be taking you out on his boat. Times will be determined depending on where the fish are biting and what location Bud will be taking you. We have multiple fishing trips with Captain Bud that we will be taking this year. We will try to make sure everyone who signs up on the Waitlist gets to go on at least one of these fishing trips. Depending on how many sign up will determine how many times you get to go.
You will need to have your RRD membership current and a 2024 Liability Waiver signed and on file at the CTO office. Please sign up on the Waitlist and you will be contacted by Matt Little if you are selected to go.

Dead Water Custom Rods is going to be hosting this event for our members, at the Bearology Museum. Members will be provided with materials, components, supplies, and a workstation with everything required to build their own rod. The class will run from 8-5 on Saturday and from 1-5 on Sunday. Lunch will be provided on Saturday.
Participants must be 13 or older, and we must have your 2024 wavier on file. Participants under the age of 13 are allowed to participate, as long as a parent/grandparent attends with them and helps. The class is limited to 12 people, and in the event that we have some additional spots available they will be first open to parents/family of members and then the public. Anyone other than members will be required to pay the full $220 for the class, unless you are just there to help a participant.

This camp session focuses on saltwater fishing and is located on CTO's beautiful Blackduck Island. This is for young men ages 12-16 as of the first day of this camp. Parents are asked to drop off and pick up boys at the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center for a boat shuttle to the summer camp location.
Summer camp sessions are filled on a first-paid deposit basis and tend to fill up quickly. So please, make your summer camp reservations early. Packing list and other details like pickup and dropoff times will be sent to you prior to camp.
We have financial aid available for those who need it. Many kids are able to pay for camps by selling the CTO Summer Camp raffle tickets, where 100% of money raised goes towards camp tuition. Contact your camp director to get raffle tickets.
Please note, if you opt to pay the $250 deposit by check, it is due in the CTO office within 10 days of signup unless other arrangements have been made with the camp director or state office. If the deposit is not received timely, your spot will be given to a person on the waiting list.
Remainder of Camp fee is due by April 15th unless prior arrangements for a camp scholarship have been made. If camp is not paid for by April 15th, your spot will be given to a person on the waiting list. Camp fees are non refundable.
