    This camp session focuses on saltwater fishing and is located on CTO's beautiful Blackduck Island. This is for young men ages 9-12. Parents are asked to drop off and pick up boys at the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center for a boat shuttle to the summer camp location. 

    Summer camp sessions are filled on a first-paid deposit basis and tend to fill up quickly. So please, make your summer camp reservations early. Packing list and other details like pickup and dropoff times will be sent to you prior to camp.

    We have financial aid available for those who need it. Many kids are able to pay for camps by selling the CTO Summer Camp raffle tickets, where 100% of money raised goes towards camp tuition. Contact your local outfitter to get raffle tickets. Please work with your local outfitter or camp director regarding financial assistance.

    Please note, if you opt to pay the $250 deposit by check, it is due in the CTO office within 10 days of signup. If the deposit is not received timely, your spot will be given to a person on the waiting list.

    Remainder of Camp fee is due by April 15th unless prior arrangements for a camp scholarship have been made. If camp is not paid for by April 15th, your spot will be given to a person on the waiting list.  If your spot is lost, the $250 deposit will be forfeited.  Any money paid in excess of the $250 will be refunded, excluding raffle money.

    Camp Albemarle has 6 cabins that sleep 16 people each. There is a kitchen and dining hall that we will have access to use. Camp Albemarle is waterfront property and is quite possibly the most beautiful site in Carteret County. It is perfect for kayaking and has a very long fishing pier. There is a perfect place to hold campfire.

    The cost per cabin, including the use of kitchen and dining hall, will be approximately $120.00 or $8.00 per person per night. $16.00 per person for 3 days/2 nights. You will need to furnish your own bed linens (twin size), towels and washcloths.

    We will have an old fashion pig picking on Friday night, breakfast Saturday & Sunday morning. Since people may be in many different places Saturday, lunch is on you. The Crystal Coast Lady has offered us a special rate for a half day fishing trip from 8am-12:30pm on Saturday. The cost is $20.00 per youth and $45.00 per adult. This includes all tackle and bait.

    There are many other activities that will be available but details have not been completed at this time.

    Registration for this event is $16 per person which includes lodging at Camp Albemarle.  Fishing on the Crystal Coast Lady is not included in the registration cost.
