This is for official CTO volunteer guides who can help guide a blind of three youth.
CTO Youth Hunter
This is for CTO youth who plan to duck hunt on Sat 1/13/23 at the CTO Columbia impoundment.

We will take a group on an open water hunt in Carteret County for the 1st youth duck day. We depart from Cedar Island to the hunt location in the wee hours of the morning of 2/3/24. We will enjoy a morning hunt in two blinds on the water Saturday 2/3/24. Hunter safety course and chest waders are required for this hunt.
