CTO Crystal Coast Volunteer Guide
This is for CTO Crystal Coast volunteer guides who are interested in guiding two youth for this hunt.
Parent Guide
This is for parents who are knowledgeable with firearms and would like to hunt with their youth.

We will hunt hard on the morning of 12/2/23 at the CTO Crystal Coast Maysville Lease. This hunt will be focused on getting those youth who have never harvested a deer. All youth must have completed the NC Wildlife Hunter Safety Course to participate. We will pickup youth at 4:30am and plan to hunt, break for lunch and then hunt the afternoon. If your youth can only hunt morning they will need to be picked up at the Piggly Wiggly in Maysville at 12:00noon. The youth will need camo long pants and long sleeve shirt/jacket and boots for this hunt. All clothes and boots should be sprayed with Permethrin and laid out to dry prior to the day of the hunt, this will repel ticks and mosquitoes. Each participant will need a hunting seat which can be carried in and out easily. The chapter has both rifle and shotguns if anyone needs to borrow one.
